Kateryna Bielka work as an Associate Professor at Postgraduate Department of Surgery, Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care, Bogomolets National Medical University since 2019. Her main educational activities include simulation training in difficult airways, perioperative emergencies, POCUS, regional anaesthesia, advanced ultrasound courses.

She is a chief of the educational program for residents at Bogolomolets National Medical University and residents' mentor at one of the biggest maternity hospitals in Ukraine.

Since 2019, Kateryna Bielka is working as anaesthesiologist consultant at Perinatal Center, Kyiv, Ukraine. She is a member of the European Board of Anaesthesiology and several international study groups (SAFEST, ESAIC Guidance in Sustainability, GESKO).

Kateryna Bielka is a leader in the field of regional anaesthesia, pain management, patient safety and medical education.
