Dr. Vojislava Nešković is currently working at the Military Medical Academy in Belgrade, Serbia, as the staff anaesthetist and Associate Professor in Anesthesia and Intensive Care at the Medical Faculty of the Military Medical Academy. Her special interest is mostly focused on cardiac, thoracic and vascular anaesthesia, including intensive care. She has been invited speaker at many national and international events but is also involved in the organization of international educational courses, symposia, and congresses.

Currently, Dr. Nešković is a Member of the EACTA Thoracic Subcommittee, Past-Chair of the ESAIC Gender Equity Committee, and Past-President of the Serbian Association of Anesthesiologists and Intensivists. Also, she is a Member of the ESAIC Teach the Teachers Masterclass Faculty and Committee, and an examiner for the EDAIC (the European Diploma of Anesthesia and Intensive Care) examination.
