BOERIU Cristian
Boeriu Cristian Marius, born on April 25, 1968 in Târgu Mureș, Romania. Graduated from “Unirea” National College in Târgu Mureș, class of 1986. Graduate of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Târgu Mureș, Faculty of Medicine in 1993. He obtained the title of Anaesthesia - Intensive Care specialist in 2000 and the title of Anaesthesia - Intensive Care senior physician in 2005. Between 2007-2018 he holds the position of Chief Physician of the Emergency Department - SMURD within the Târgu Mureș County Emergency Clinical Hospital. Starting with 2008 he became a faculty member at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy of Târgu Mureș as Lecturer in the discipline of Emergency Medicine. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Medical Sciences in 2011 and from 2015 he works as Associate Professor in the discipline where he started his academic career. Between 2016-2019 he holds the position of Director of Department of Clinical Sciences at the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Târgu Mureș and since 2019 he is Director of Department of Clinical Sciences-Internal Medicine at the University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science and Technology "George Emil Palade" in Târgu Mureș.
