I am an anesthesiologist and intensive care specialist with an international track record in anesthesiology and intensive care medicine, having trained in leading academic centers in Russia, Italy, and Israel. I completed my MD at I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University and my residency in anesthesiology and intensive care at the N.N. Burdenko National Medical and Research Center for Neurosurgery in Moscow. I subsequently pursued a research fellowship in anesthesiology and intensive care at IRCCS “Ca’ Granda” Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico in Milan and worked as an intensive care specialist in the COVID 19 ICU at Ospedale Fiera Milano. I am currently completing my anesthesiology residency at Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center and my Master of Public Health at the Braun School of Public Health, Hebrew University of Jerusalem. My main clinical focus is trauma, sepsis, and critically ill COVID 19 patients in dedicated ICU settings, alongside my daily work in the operating room, where I provide comprehensive perioperative care. My current practice at Hadassah Ein Kerem combines demanding OR work with intensive care responsibilities and has shaped a pragmatic, physiology driven approach to anesthesia and critical care decision making. Scientifically, I have developed a focused portfolio in trauma and management of critically ill patients, including first and senior author publications in international peer reviewed journals. I am currently working on projects that integrate intensive care practice with perioperative anesthetic management, aiming to close the gap between OR and ICU decision making. I have delivered invited lectures at major meetings, including ESICM, international neurocritical care and neurosurgery forums, and the Israel Society of Anesthesiologists.
