DUBROV Sergii, was born on 16 May 1978 in the Poltava region, Ukraine.

In 2000 he graduated from the O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University.
2000-2002 Studied an internship and magistracy at the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care;
2003-2006 Postgraduate study at the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care of the O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University;
2003-present Anesthesiologist of the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care of the Clinical Hospital #17 in Kyiv (part-time);
2006-2008 Assistant, 2008-2013 Associate Professor, 2013-2020 Professor;
2020-2023 Head of the Department of Anesthesiology and Intensive Care of the O. O. Bogomolets National Medical University;
2013-2015 Dean of the Internship and Qualification of the Officers of the O.O. Bogomolets National Medical University;
2023-present First Deputy Minister of Health of Ukraine;
2004-2016 Executive Director of the Association of Anesthesiologists of Ukraine;
2016-2023 President of the Association of Anesthesiologists of Ukraine;
