ORGANIZATORUL \u0218I REGULAMENTUL OFICIAL AL CAMPANIEI<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>1.1. <\/strong>Campania promo\u021bional\u0103 \u201e<em>\u00censcrie-te la SRATI 2026 \u0219i c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103 acces gratuit la un workshop din cadrul Congresului SRATI 2026<\/em>\u201d (denumit\u0103 \u00een continuare \u201eCampania\u201d) este organizat\u0103 de societatea RALCOM EXHIBITIONS SRL, cu sediul \u00een Bucure\u0219ti, Str. R\u0103sp\u00e2ntiilor nr. 20A, Sector 2, \u00eenmatriculat\u0103 la Registrul Comer\u021bului sub nr. J1993025216406, av\u00e2nd cod unic de \u00eenregistrare RO4925905, denumit\u0103 \u00een continuare \u201eOrganizatorul\u201d.<\/p><p><strong>1.2. <\/strong>Campania se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 \u00een conformitate cu prevederile prezentului regulament oficial (denumit \u00een continuare \u201eRegulamentul Oficial\u201d sau \u201eRegulamentul\u201d), pe care participan\u021bii au obliga\u021bia s\u0103 \u00eel respecte. Prin participarea la Campanie, participan\u021bii declar\u0103 c\u0103 au luat cuno\u0219tin\u021b\u0103 de prevederile prezentului Regulament Oficial \u0219i accept\u0103 termenii \u0219i condi\u021biile acestuia. Regulamentul este obligatoriu pentru to\u021bi participan\u021bii.<\/p><p><strong>1.3.<\/strong> Regulamentul Oficial al Campaniei este \u00eentocmit \u0219i va fi f\u0103cut public conform legisla\u021biei aplicabile, fiind disponibil \u00een mod gratuit oric\u0103rei persoane interesate, pe \u00eentreaga durat\u0103 de desf\u0103\u0219urare a Campaniei, prin oricare dintre urm\u0103toarele modalit\u0103\u021bi:<\/p><ul><li>prin accesarea site-ului indicat de Organizator, la adresa: sraticongres.ro; sau<\/li><li>printr-o solicitare scris\u0103 transmis\u0103 \u00een aten\u021bia Organizatorului, la sediul acestuia din Bucure\u0219ti, Str. R\u0103sp\u00e2ntiilor nr. 20A, Sector 2.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>1.4. <\/strong>Potrivit deciziei Organizatorului, Campania poate fi mediatizat\u0103 \u00een scopul inform\u0103rii publicului, inclusiv prin intermediul unor materiale publicitare \u0219i\/sau cu rol informativ. Informa\u021biile pe care astfel de materiale le con\u021bin vor fi interpretate \u0219i completate \u00een conformitate cu prevederile prezentului Regulament Oficial. \u00cen cazul unor neconcordan\u021be \u00eentre materialele de promovare \u0219i prevederile prezentului Regulament Oficial, prevederile Regulamentului Oficial vor prevala.<\/p><p><strong>1.5. <\/strong>Organizatorul \u00ee\u0219i rezerv\u0103 dreptul de a modifica \u0219i\/sau completa prezentul Regulament Oficial, precum \u0219i dreptul de a suspenda, \u00eentrerupe sau \u00eenceta desf\u0103\u0219urarea Campaniei, cu condi\u021bia inform\u0103rii prealabile a participan\u021bilor cu cel pu\u021bin 12 ore \u00eenainte de data la care orice modificare sau completare va deveni aplicabil\u0103. Orice modificare va fi adus\u0103 la cuno\u0219tin\u021ba publicului prin acelea\u0219i canale prin care a fost f\u0103cut public \u0219i prezentul Regulament Oficial.<\/p><p><strong>1.6. <\/strong>Prezenta Campanie se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 \u00een conformitate cu prevederile Ordonan\u021bei Guvernului nr. 99\/2000 privind comercializarea produselor \u0219i serviciilor de pia\u021b\u0103, republicat\u0103, cu modific\u0103rile \u0219i complet\u0103rile ulterioare, precum \u0219i cu celelalte dispozi\u021bii legale aplicabile.<\/p><p><strong>SEC\u021aIUNEA 2. PERIOADA \u0218I ARIA DE DESF\u0102\u0218URARE A CAMPANIEI<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>2.1.<\/strong> Campania se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 \u00een perioada <strong>11.04.2026 &#8211; 13.04.2026, p\u00e2n\u0103 la ora 23:59, ora Rom\u00e2niei<\/strong>, pe \u00eentreg teritoriul Rom\u00e2niei, \u00een mediul online, corespunz\u0103tor paginii de Facebook Congres SRATI www.facebook.com\/people\/SRATI\/61553352044653\/, \u00a0\u00een leg\u0103tur\u0103 cu procesul de \u00eenregistrare la <strong>SRATI 2026<\/strong>, \u00een conformitate cu prevederile prezentului Regulament.<\/p><p><strong>2.2.<\/strong> \u00cen cadrul campaniei, persoanele eligibile care finalizeaz\u0103 \u00eenregistrarea la <strong>SRATI 2026<\/strong> \u00een perioada men\u021bionat\u0103 mai sus vor intra automat \u00een tragerea la sor\u021bi pentru c\u00e2\u0219tigarea <strong>particip\u0103rii gratuite la un workshop din cadrul SRATI 2026, la alegere<\/strong>, \u00een condi\u021biile prezentului Regulament.<\/p><p><strong>2.3.<\/strong> Extragerea c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torilor va avea loc cel t\u00e2rziu la data de 30.04.2026, prin tragere la sor\u021bi efectuat\u0103 cu ajutorul platformei Random.org, cu respectarea dispozi\u021biilor prezentului Regulament.<\/p><p><strong>2.4. <\/strong>Organizatorul \u00ee\u0219i rezerv\u0103 dreptul de a modifica sau completa prezentul Regulament, precum \u0219i dreptul de a suspenda \u0219i\/sau \u00eenceta desf\u0103\u0219urarea campaniei, cu condi\u021bia inform\u0103rii prealabile a participan\u021bilor cu cel pu\u021bin 12 ore \u00eenainte de data la care orice modificare sau completare va deveni aplicabil\u0103.<\/p><p><strong>SEC\u021aIUNEA 3. DREPTUL DE PARTICIPARE<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>3.1.<\/strong> La campanie are dreptul s\u0103 participe orice persoan\u0103 fizic\u0103 av\u00e2nd domiciliul stabil sau re\u0219edin\u021ba \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, care a \u00eemplinit v\u00e2rsta de 18 ani la data \u00eenscrierii, are calitatea de medic membru SRATI, are cotiza\u021bia de membru achitat\u0103 anterior \u00eenceperii campaniei sau \u00een perioada de desf\u0103\u0219urare a acesteia \u0219i finalizeaz\u0103 \u00eenregistrarea la SRATI 2026 \u00een perioada 11.04.2026 &#8211; 13.04.2026, ora 23:59, ora Rom\u00e2niei.<\/p><p><strong>3.2.<\/strong> Nu au dreptul s\u0103 participe la campanie angaja\u021bii companiei Ralcom Exhibitions SRL, angaja\u021bii entit\u0103\u021bilor implicate \u00een organizarea \u0219i desf\u0103\u0219urarea campaniei, precum \u0219i rudele de gradul I \u0219i afinii (so\u021b\/so\u021bie) acestora.<\/p><p><strong>3.3.<\/strong> Participarea la aceast\u0103 campanie implic\u0103 cunoa\u0219terea, \u00een\u021belegerea \u0219i acceptarea integral\u0103, expres\u0103 \u0219i neechivoc\u0103 a prezentului Regulament.<\/p><p><strong>3.4.<\/strong> Participarea la campanie este condi\u021bionat\u0103 de \u00eendeplinirea cumulativ\u0103 a tuturor condi\u021biilor de eligibilitate prev\u0103zute \u00een prezentul Regulament.<\/p><p><strong>SEC\u021aIUNEA 4. DESCALIFICAREA PARTICIPAN\u021aILOR<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>4.1. <\/strong>Sunt descalificate automat persoanele care se \u00eenscriu \u00een Campanie asum\u00e2ndu-\u0219i o identitate fals\u0103, furniz\u00e2nd informa\u021bii false, incomplete sau inexacte ori care nu \u00eendeplinesc condi\u021biile de eligibilitate prev\u0103zute \u00een prezentul Regulament.<\/p><p><strong>4.2. <\/strong>Organizatorul \u00ee\u0219i rezerv\u0103 dreptul de a elimina din Campanie orice participant sau de a anula decizia prin care un participant este desemnat c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103tor, \u00een cazul \u00een care acesta a furnizat date de contact incorecte, s-a \u00eenscris utiliz\u00e2nd date false, \u00eencearc\u0103 s\u0103 influen\u021beze Campania prin modalit\u0103\u021bi frauduloase sau nu respect\u0103 prevederile prezentului Regulament.<\/p><p><strong>SEC\u021aIUNEA 5. \u00ceNSCRIEREA \u00ceN CAMPANIE<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>5.1.<\/strong> Orice persoan\u0103 care \u00eendepline\u0219te condi\u021biile de eligibilitate prev\u0103zute \u00een prezentul Regulament \u0219i dore\u0219te s\u0103 participe la Campanie se poate \u00eenscrie \u00een perioada 11.04.2026 &#8211; 13.04.2026, ora 23:59, ora Rom\u00e2niei, f\u0103r\u0103 plata unei taxe suplimentare de participare la Campanie.<\/p><p><strong>5.2.<\/strong> \u00censcrierea \u00een Campanie se realizeaz\u0103 automat, prin finalizarea \u00eenregistr\u0103rii la <strong>Congresul SRATI 2026<\/strong> \u00een perioada Campaniei, de c\u0103tre persoanele care \u00eendeplinesc condi\u021biile de eligibilitate prev\u0103zute \u00een prezentul Regulament.<\/p><p><strong>5.3.<\/strong> Pentru a participa la Campanie, participan\u021bii trebuie s\u0103 \u00eendeplineasc\u0103 \u00een mod cumulativ urm\u0103toarele condi\u021bii:<\/p><ol><li>s\u0103 fi luat cuno\u0219tin\u021b\u0103 de prevederile prezentului Regulament Oficial, disponibil \u00een mod gratuit pe site-ul oficial indicat de Organizator;<\/li><li>s\u0103 \u00eendeplineasc\u0103 toate condi\u021biile de eligibilitate prev\u0103zute \u00een prezentul Regulament, inclusiv cele referitoare la v\u00e2rst\u0103, domiciliu\/re\u0219edin\u021b\u0103, calitatea de medic membru SRATI \u0219i achitarea cotiza\u021biei de membru, \u00een condi\u021biile stabilite prin prezentul Regulament;<\/li><li>s\u0103 finalizeze \u00een mod valabil \u00eenregistrarea la Congresul SRATI 2026 \u00een perioada 11.04.2026 &#8211; 13.04.2026, p\u00e2n\u0103 la ora 23:59, ora Rom\u00e2niei;<\/li><li>s\u0103 respecte toate celelalte prevederi aplicabile din prezentul Regulament Oficial.<\/li><\/ol><p><strong>5.4.<\/strong> Toate persoanele care \u00eendeplinesc cumulativ condi\u021biile prev\u0103zute la art. 5.3 vor fi \u00eenscrise automat \u00een tragerea la sor\u021bi organizat\u0103 \u00een cadrul Campaniei.<\/p><p><strong>5.5.<\/strong> \u00cen cadrul Campaniei vor fi desemna\u021bi 5 (cinci) c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103tori, prin tragere la sor\u021bi efectuat\u0103 dup\u0103 \u00eencheierea perioadei Campaniei, dintre to\u021bi participan\u021bii eligibili \u00eenscri\u0219i \u00een mod valabil.<\/p><p><strong>5.6.<\/strong> Tragerea la sor\u021bi va fi efectuat\u0103 prin mijloace electronice, cu ajutorul platformei Random.org, \u00een vederea desemn\u0103rii aleatorii a celor 5 (cinci) c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103tori \u0219i a 5 (cinci) rezerve, \u00een ordinea extragerii acestora.<\/p><p><strong>5.7.<\/strong> Premiul oferit fiec\u0103ruia dintre cei 5 (cinci) c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103tori \u00een cadrul Campaniei const\u0103 \u00een participarea gratuit\u0103 la 1 (un) workshop la alegere, dintre workshopurile organizate \u00een perioada 13 &#8211; 16 mai 2026, \u00een cadrul Congresului SRATI 2026, respectiv unul dintre urm\u0103toarele workshopuri:<\/p><ul><li>Workshop I \u2013 \u00cent\u00e2lnire cu exper\u021bii;<\/li><li>Workshop II \u2013 Jocuri serioase: urgen\u021be obstetricale;<\/li><li>Workshop III \u2013 Echo durere cronic\u0103 (2h) &#8211; Lombosacrat, toracal, cervical, \u0219old;<\/li><li>Workshop IV \u2013 Anestezie regional\u0103 ecoghidat\u0103 \u2013 Blocuri \u00een \u00bd superioar\u0103 a corpului;<\/li><li>Workshop V \u2013 Inteligen\u021ba Artificial\u0103 \u00een simularea medical\u0103; Arta \u0219i me\u0219te\u0219ugul utiliz\u0103rii LLM;<\/li><li>Workshop VI \u2013 Atelier de lucru pentru managementul c\u0103ii aeriene.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>5.8. <\/strong>Alegerea workshopului se va face de c\u0103tre fiecare c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103tor dintre workshopurile prev\u0103zute la art. 5.7, \u00een limita locurilor disponibile la momentul valid\u0103rii \u0219i confirm\u0103rii premiului. Mai mul\u021bi c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103tori pot opta pentru acela\u0219i workshop, \u00een m\u0103sura \u00een care exist\u0103 locuri disponibile. \u00cen cazul indisponibilit\u0103\u021bii workshopului ales, c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torul va avea posibilitatea de a opta pentru un alt workshop dintre cele prev\u0103zute la art. 5.7.<\/p><p><strong>5.9. <\/strong>Premiul const\u0103 exclusiv \u00een participarea la workshopul ales \u0219i nu include cheltuieli de transport, cazare, mas\u0103 sau orice alte cheltuieli accesorii, cu excep\u021bia cazului \u00een care Organizatorul decide altfel.<\/p><p><strong>5.10.<\/strong> \u00cen procesul de desemnare a c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torului vor fi incluse exclusiv \u00eenregistr\u0103rile efectuate \u00een perioada 11.04.2026 &#8211; 13.04.2026, ora 23:59, ora Rom\u00e2niei, care \u00eendeplinesc toate condi\u021biile obligatorii prev\u0103zute \u00een prezentul Regulament.<\/p><p><strong>5.11.<\/strong> O persoan\u0103 eligibil\u0103 poate participa o singur\u0103 dat\u0103 \u00een cadrul Campaniei, printr-o singur\u0103 \u00eenregistrare valabil\u0103 efectuat\u0103 \u00een perioada men\u021bionat\u0103 \u00een prezentul Regulament.<\/p><p><strong>SEC\u021aIUNEA 6. PREMII \u0218I ACORDAREA PREMIILOR<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>6.1.<\/strong> Fiecare dintre cei 5 (cinci) c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103tori va primi drept premiu (\u201ePremiul\u201d) participarea gratuit\u0103 la 1 (un) workshop, \u00een condi\u021biile prev\u0103zute la art. 5.7-5.9 din prezentul Regulament.<\/p><p><strong>6.2.<\/strong> Reprezentan\u021bii Organizatorului vor folosi Random.org pentru desemnarea celor 5 (cinci) c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103tori \u0219i a rezervelor.<\/p><p><strong>6.3. <\/strong>C\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torii Campaniei vor fi notifica\u021bi prin e-mail \u0219i\/sau telefonic, folosind datele furnizate la momentul \u00eenregistr\u0103rii la Congresul SRATI 2026.<\/p><p><strong>6.4. <\/strong>Organizatorul se oblig\u0103 s\u0103 fac\u0103 public numele c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torilor pe site-ul oficial <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sraticongres.ro\"><strong>www.sraticongres.ro<\/strong><\/a>, dup\u0103 finalizarea procedurii de validare, precum \u0219i\/sau pe canalele oficiale de comunicare ale SRATI 2026, cu respectarea dispozi\u021biilor legale aplicabile.<\/p><p><strong>6.5. <\/strong>C\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torii trebuie s\u0103 confirme printr-un e-mail la adresa registration@sraticongres.ro, \u00een maximum 48 de ore de la data notific\u0103rii, faptul c\u0103 au primit notificarea c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103rii premiului, s\u0103 confirme \u00eendeplinirea condi\u021biilor de participare \u0219i s\u0103 ofere, pentru validare, urm\u0103toarele date \u0219i\/sau documente: numele complet, num\u0103rul de telefon, adresa de e-mail, adresa de domiciliu, copie dup\u0103 CI, precum \u0219i documentele doveditoare ale calit\u0103\u021bii de medic membru SRATI \u0219i ale achit\u0103rii cotiza\u021biei de membru, anterior \u00eenceperii Campaniei sau \u00een perioada de desf\u0103\u0219urare a acesteia.<\/p><p><strong>6.6. <\/strong>\u00cen cazul \u00een care unul sau mai mul\u021bi c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103tori nu sunt valida\u021bi, refuz\u0103 premiul sau nu r\u0103spund \u00een termenul prev\u0103zut de prezentul Regulament, Organizatorul va proceda la validarea rezervelor, \u00een ordinea extragerii acestora, aplic\u00e2nd \u00een mod corespunz\u0103tor aceea\u0219i procedur\u0103 de notificare \u0219i validare.<\/p><p><strong>6.7. <\/strong>C\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torul care refuz\u0103 premiul, nu r\u0103spunde \u00een termenul prev\u0103zut de prezentul Regulament sau nu poate fi validat pierde dreptul de atribuire a premiului. \u00cen situa\u021bia \u00een care nici rezervele nu pot fi validate, premiul va r\u0103m\u00e2ne neacordat.<\/p><p><strong>6.8. <\/strong>Participan\u021bilor nu le este impus\u0103 nicio tax\u0103 de participare la prezenta Campanie, cu excep\u021bia costurilor aferente \u00eenregistr\u0103rii valabile la Congresul SRATI 2026, precum \u0219i a \u00eendeplinirii condi\u021biei privind calitatea de membru SRATI cu cotiza\u021bia achitat\u0103, conform prezentului Regulament.<\/p><p><strong>6.9. <\/strong>Ralcom Exhibitions nu r\u0103spunde pentru eventualele erori privind datele furnizate de participan\u021bi la momentul \u00eenregistr\u0103rii, care pot conduce la imposibilitatea contact\u0103rii sau valid\u0103rii c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torului.<\/p><p><strong>6.10. <\/strong>Ralcom Exhibitions \u00ee\u0219i rezerv\u0103 dreptul de a descalifica participantul care d\u0103 dovad\u0103 de un comportament neadecvat, contrar bunelor moravuri sau legii, pe parcursul Campaniei. De asemenea, Ralcom Exhibitions \u00ee\u0219i rezerv\u0103 dreptul de a descalifica participantul care \u00eencalc\u0103 regulile prev\u0103zute la punctul 5 de mai sus sau care furnizeaz\u0103 informa\u021bii false, incomplete ori inexacte.<\/p><p><strong>6.11. <\/strong>\u00censcrierea \u00een Campanie presupune c\u0103 participan\u021bii au acceptat \u00een totalitate condi\u021biile prezentului Regulament \u0219i eventualele decizii ulterioare ale Organizatorului, adoptate \u00een conformitate cu acesta.<\/p><p><strong>6.12. <\/strong>\u00cen cazul \u00een care c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torul a furnizat date false de identificare, acesta neput\u00e2nd fi identificat \u00een baza datelor furnizate c\u0103tre Ralcom Exhibitions, pierde dreptul de a revendica premiul.<\/p><p><strong>6.13. <\/strong>Premiile vor fi acordate direct numai persoanelor desemnate c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103toare ca urmare a mecanismului prev\u0103zut la Sec\u021biunea 5 din prezentul Regulament.<\/p><p><strong>6.14. <\/strong>Valoarea fiec\u0103rui premiu este de 102 LEI, iar valoarea total\u0103 a premiilor este de 510 LEI, reprezent\u00e2nd valoarea total\u0103 estimat\u0103 de Organizator pentru cele 5 (cinci) premii acordate \u00een cadrul Campaniei.<\/p><p><strong>6.15. <\/strong>Ralcom Exhibitions nu va acorda c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torului contravaloarea \u00een bani a Premiului.<\/p><p><strong>6.16.<\/strong> C\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torii Campaniei nu vor putea pretinde alte premii \u00een afara celor prev\u0103zute la art. 5.7-5.9 din prezentul Regulament \u0219i nici un alt premiu dec\u00e2t cel men\u021bionat \u00een prezentul Regulament.<\/p><p><strong>6.17. <\/strong>Orice eventual\u0103 contesta\u021bie, inclusiv privind modul de validare \u0219i acordare a premiului, poate fi formulat\u0103 \u00een scris de c\u0103tre participant \u0219i depus\u0103 personal sau expediat\u0103 prin po\u0219t\u0103, \u00een termen de maximum 5 zile de la data \u00eencheierii Campaniei, c\u0103tre Ralcom Exhibitions S.R.L., cu sediul \u00een Bucure\u0219ti, Str. R\u0103sp\u00e2ntiilor nr. 20A, Sector 2, \u00eenmatriculat\u0103 la Registrul Comer\u021bului sub nr. J1993025216406, av\u00e2nd CUI RO4925905. Contesta\u021bia se va solu\u021biona \u00een termen de maximum 20 zile lucr\u0103toare de la primire. \u00cen cazul \u00een care contestatorul va fi nemul\u021bumit de decizie, se va \u00eencerca rezolvarea contesta\u021biei pe cale amiabil\u0103, iar \u00een cazul \u00een care aceasta nu va fi posibil\u0103, litigiile vor fi solu\u021bionate de instan\u021bele judec\u0103tore\u0219ti rom\u00e2ne competente.<\/p><p><strong>SEC\u021aIUNEA 7. ANULAREA EXTRAGERII<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>7.1. <\/strong>Organizatorul \u00ee\u0219i rezerv\u0103 dreptul de a anula tragerea la sor\u021bi \u00een cazul apari\u021biei unor situa\u021bii obiective, independente de voin\u021ba sa, care \u00eempiedic\u0103 desf\u0103\u0219urarea acesteia \u00een condi\u021bii corespunz\u0103toare, cu informarea participan\u021bilor \u00een condi\u021biile prezentului Regulament.<\/p><p><strong>7.2. <\/strong>Orice anulare a tragerii la sor\u021bi nu implic\u0103 dreptul participan\u021bilor la desp\u0103gubiri, compensa\u021bii sau alte beneficii.<\/p><p><strong>7.3. <\/strong>\u00cen cazul anul\u0103rii tragerii la sor\u021bi, Organizatorul va publica un anun\u021b corespunz\u0103tor pe site-ul oficial <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sraticongres.ro\">www.sraticongres.ro<\/a> \u0219i\/sau pe canalele oficiale de comunicare ale SRATI 2026.<\/p><p><strong>7.4. <\/strong>Organizatorul nu poate fi considerat responsabil pentru situa\u021biile \u00een care participan\u021bii furnizeaz\u0103 date false, incomplete sau incorecte la \u00eenscriere, care pot afecta validitatea particip\u0103rii ori desf\u0103\u0219urarea procedurii de desemnare a c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torului.<\/p><p><strong>SEC\u021aIUNEA 8. TAXE<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>8.1.<\/strong> Participan\u021bilor la Campanie nu le este impus\u0103 nicio tax\u0103 suplimentar\u0103 de participare. Participarea este \u00eens\u0103 condi\u021bionat\u0103 de \u00eendeplinirea criteriilor de eligibilitate prev\u0103zute \u00een prezentul Regulament.<\/p><p><strong>SEC\u021aIUNEA 9. R\u0102SPUNDEREA ORGANIZATORULUI<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>9.1. <\/strong>Organizatorul nu va fi r\u0103spunz\u0103tor pentru eventualele prejudicii suferite de participan\u021bi sau de c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103tor, \u00een m\u0103sura \u00een care acestea nu sunt cauzate de culpa direct\u0103 a Organizatorului.<\/p><p><strong>9.2. <\/strong>Imposibilitatea c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torului de a intra \u00een posesia premiului din motive neimputabile Organizatorului exonereaz\u0103 Organizatorul de orice r\u0103spundere. \u00cen acest caz, Organizatorul va aplica mecanismul rezervelor prev\u0103zut \u00een prezentul Regulament.<\/p><p><strong>SEC\u021aIUNEA 10. PRELUCRAREA \u0218I CONFIDEN\u021aIALITATEA DATELOR<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>10.1. <\/strong>Organizatorul, \u00een calitate de operator de date, prelucreaz\u0103 datele cu caracter personal ale participan\u021bilor \u00een conformitate cu Regulamentul (UE) 2016\/679, precum \u0219i cu legisla\u021bia na\u021bional\u0103 aplicabil\u0103 \u00een materia protec\u021biei datelor cu caracter personal.<\/p><p><strong>10.2.<\/strong> Datele cu caracter personal ale participan\u021bilor sunt prelucrate \u00een scopul organiz\u0103rii \u0219i desf\u0103\u0219ur\u0103rii Campaniei, al \u00eenscrierii \u00een tragerea la sor\u021bi, al desemn\u0103rii \u0219i valid\u0103rii c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torilor, al acord\u0103rii premiilor, al public\u0103rii numelui c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torilor, precum \u0219i pentru \u00eendeplinirea obliga\u021biilor legale care revin Organizatorului. Temeiul prelucr\u0103rii \u00eel reprezint\u0103 executarea prezentului Regulament, \u00eendeplinirea obliga\u021biilor legale ale Organizatorului \u0219i interesul legitim al Organizatorului privind organizarea Campaniei. \u00cen m\u0103sura \u00een care va fi necesar, anumite prelucr\u0103ri se vor realiza \u0219i \u00een baza consim\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntului persoanei vizate.<\/p><p><strong>10.3. <\/strong>Categoriile de date prelucrate pot include, dup\u0103 caz: nume, prenume, num\u0103r de telefon, adres\u0103 de e-mail, adres\u0103 de domiciliu, date din actul de identitate, precum \u0219i orice alte date necesare pentru verificarea \u00eendeplinirii condi\u021biilor de participare, validarea c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torilor \u0219i acordarea premiilor.<\/p><p><strong>10.4. <\/strong>Datele cu caracter personal pot fi dezv\u0103luite persoanelor \u00eemputernicite de Organizator, partenerilor contractuali implica\u021bi \u00een organizarea Campaniei, furnizorilor de servicii necesari desf\u0103\u0219ur\u0103rii Campaniei, precum \u0219i autorit\u0103\u021bilor publice, \u00een cazurile \u0219i condi\u021biile prev\u0103zute de lege.<\/p><p><strong>10.5. <\/strong>Datele cu caracter personal vor fi prelucrate pe durata necesar\u0103 organiz\u0103rii \u0219i desf\u0103\u0219ur\u0103rii Campaniei, valid\u0103rii c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torilor \u0219i acord\u0103rii premiilor, precum \u0219i ulterior, pentru o perioad\u0103 de maximum 3 ani de la data \u00eencheierii Campaniei, cu excep\u021bia cazurilor \u00een care legea prevede o perioad\u0103 mai lung\u0103 de p\u0103strare.<\/p><p><strong>10.6. <\/strong>Furnizarea datelor cu caracter personal este necesar\u0103 pentru participarea la Campanie. Refuzul de a furniza datele solicitate poate avea drept consecin\u021b\u0103 imposibilitatea \u00eenscrierii \u00een Campanie, a valid\u0103rii c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103torului \u0219i\/sau a acord\u0103rii premiului.<\/p><p><strong>10.7. <\/strong>Participan\u021bii beneficiaz\u0103 de drepturile prev\u0103zute de legisla\u021bia aplicabil\u0103 \u00een materia protec\u021biei datelor, inclusiv dreptul de acces, dreptul la rectificare, dreptul la \u0219tergere, dreptul la restric\u021bionarea prelucr\u0103rii, dreptul la opozi\u021bie, dreptul la portabilitatea datelor, precum \u0219i dreptul de a depune o pl\u00e2ngere la Autoritatea Na\u021bional\u0103 de Supraveghere a Prelucr\u0103rii Datelor cu Caracter Personal.<\/p><p><strong>10.8. <\/strong>Informa\u021biile detaliate privind prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal, inclusiv identitatea complet\u0103 a operatorului, datele de contact pentru exercitarea drepturilor \u0219i, dac\u0103 este cazul, datele de contact ale responsabilului cu protec\u021bia datelor, sunt disponibile \u00een Nota de informare privind prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal, publicat\u0103 pe site-ul oficial <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sraticongres.ro\">www.sraticongres.ro<\/a>.<\/p><p><strong>SEC\u021aIUNEA 11. FOR\u021a\u0102 MAJOR\u0102<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>11.1.<\/strong> Pentru scopul acestui Regulament, for\u021b\u0103 major\u0103 \u00eenseamn\u0103 orice eveniment care nu poate fi controlat, remediat sau prev\u0103zut de c\u0103tre Organizator, inclusiv imposibilitatea Organizatorului din motive independente de voin\u021ba sa, \u0219i a c\u0103rui apari\u021bie pune pe acesta din urm\u0103 \u00een imposibilitatea de a-\u0219i \u00eendeplini obliga\u021biile asumate prin Regulament.<\/p><p><strong>11.2.<\/strong> Dac\u0103 o situa\u021bie de for\u021b\u0103 major\u0103 \u00eempiedic\u0103 sau \u00eent\u00e2rzie total sau par\u021bial executarea Regulamentului \u0219i continuarea Campaniei, Organizatorul va fi exonerat de r\u0103spunderea privind \u00eendeplinirea obliga\u021biilor sale pentru perioada \u00een care aceast\u0103 \u00eendeplinire va fi \u00eempiedicat\u0103 sau \u00eent\u00e2rziat\u0103, conform art. 1351 Cod civil. Organizatorul, dac\u0103 invoc\u0103 for\u021b\u0103 major\u0103, este obligat s\u0103 comunice participan\u021bilor la Campanie existen\u021ba acesteia \u00een termen de 5 zile lucr\u0103toare de la apari\u021bia cazului de for\u021b\u0103 major\u0103.<\/p><p><a EuPl\u0103tesc.ro disponibil \u00een formularul de \u00eenregistrare online.<\/p><p><b>Nu se accept\u0103 plata prin mandat po\u015ftal.<\/b><\/p><p><b><u>Pl\u0103\u021bi online<\/u><\/b><\/p><p>Plata online, cu cardul, este disponibil\u0103 \u00een formularul de \u00eenregistrare, \u00een pasul\u00a0<b>Metode de Plat\u0103<\/b>, prin intermediul EuPl\u0103tesc.ro.<\/p><p>Dup\u0103 ce a\u021bi selectat aceast\u0103 metod\u0103 \u0219i tipul de card folosit, ve\u021bi fi redirec\u021bionat c\u0103tre o fereastr\u0103 securizat\u0103 pentru completarea datelor de card \u0219i finalizarea pl\u0103\u021bii.<\/p><p>\u00cen cazul \u00een care a\u021bi efectuat plata online, nu este necesar\u0103 trimiterea confirm\u0103rii de plat\u0103 c\u0103tre societatea PCO \u2013 Ralcom Exhibitions srl.<\/p><p><b><u>Pl\u0103\u0163ile prin transfer bancar \/ depunere de numerar la banc\u0103<\/u><\/b><\/p><p><b><\/b>Se vor efectua \u00een LEI la cursul zilei pl\u0103\u0163ii (curs BNR), pe plat\u0103\u00a0<b>NUMELE PARTICIPANTULUI<\/b>\u00a0pentru care se achit\u0103 \u015fi men\u0163iunea\u00a0\u201e<b>SRATI 2026<\/b>\u201d.<\/p>                        <\/div>\n valabile\u00a0numai pentru \u00eenregistr\u0103rile individuale.<\/p><p>Pentru \u00eenregistr\u0103rile de grup solicitate de firme \/ agen\u021bii de turism, termenii \u0219i condi\u021biile generale de anulare \/ rambursare sunt specificate \u00een oferta de servicii de promovare \u0219i \u00een contractul de prest\u0103ri servicii, documente puse la dispozi\u021bie de societatea PCO \u2013 Ralcom Exhibitions srl.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-md-12\"><h4><span style=\"color: #656565;\"><b>Anularea \u00eenregistr\u0103rii p\u00e2n\u0103 la data de 31 martie 2026:<\/b><\/span><\/h4><p>Organizatorii, prin societatea PCO, vor re\u0163ine din taxa de participare achitat\u0103 suma:<br \/>&#8211; 50 de EUR (TVA 21% inclus) pentru categoriile de medici speciali\u0219ti &amp; medici primari<br \/>&#8211; 30 de EUR (TVA 21% inclus) pentru categoriile de medici reziden\u021bi &amp; asisten\u021bi medicali ATI &amp; cadre didactice &amp; medici alte specialit\u0103\u021bi, psihologi, biologi, kinetoterapeu\u021bi, nutri\u021bioni\u0219ti<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-md-12\"><h4><span style=\"color: #656565;\"><b>Anularea \u00eenregistr\u0103rii \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu 01 aprilie 2026:<\/b><\/span><\/h4><p>Nu vor mai fi efectuate ramburs\u0103ri.<\/p><\/div><\/div><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-md-12\"><h4><span style=\"color: #656565;\"><b>Rambursare taxe de \u00eenregistrare<\/b><\/span><\/h4><p>Sumele corespunz\u0103toare taxelor de \u00eenregistrare anulate (\u00een conformitate cu termenii \u0219i condi\u021biile de mai sus) vor fi rambursate \u00een termen de 60 de zile de la \u00eencheierea evenimentului.<\/p><\/div><\/div>                        <\/div>\n                    <\/div>\n
